My journey in movement began as an elite gymnast in Romania, where I developed a deep understanding of discipline, body awareness, and the connection between strength and mobility. Training at a high level taught me not only how the body performs at its best, but also how proper technique, recovery, and consistency create long-term results. I later earned a degree in Physical Education and Fitness, which gave me the scientific foundation to complement my athletic experience. Over the past 30+ years, I’ve worked with individuals of all ages and fitness levels — from beginners and busy professionals to older adults and athletes — helping them improve mobility, build strength, and feel confident in their bodies. Throughout my career, I noticed a common challenge: most people don’t fail because they lack motivation — they fail because their programs aren’t designed for real life.
